Watermelon Road
Though summer is technically over, (you wouldn't know it based on the temperature!) we are still hanging on to our favorite tastes of summer in the Mercer household!
This past summer we all got hooked on snacks by Watermelon Road founded by my friend Jamie. Jamie ingeniously created a line of super healthy fruit jerky snacks my whole family loves. Watermelon Road snacks each contain just a few simple ingredients keeping them super healthy. The flavors currently include Watermelon Lemonade, Pineapple Mojito (our favorite) and Smoky Balsamic Eggplant.
This summer I would not leave the house without a bag of Watermelon Road on me. They made the perfect beach snacks! Now that we are in full on school year mode I make sure to have some on me when I pick up Hermione from school. A full day of school makes a little girl hangry! The Smoky Balsamic Eggplant is also perfect to sneak into a movie theater! The salty, savory taste is a great healthy substitute for popcorn!
